AHEAD in Virginia Conferences

Spring 2024 Virtual Conference

Thursday, March 21 & Friday, March 22, 2024

Please join us (from the comfort of your office or home via Zoom) for the Spring 2024 Conference.  Just because we can’t gather in person has not kept us from gathering great topics and outstanding presenters for an informative and interactive professional development event!  Please peruse the Spring 2024 Virtual Conference Program (At A Glance).

SPECIAL BONUS:  Bring a guest for the Thursday morning Student Panel Discussion!!  Each person registered for the conference is encouraged to invite one other person from your institution (NOT from your office or otherwise a disability/accessibility services peer) to attend Thursday morning AT NO ADDITIONAL FEE!  Consider others who are partners, supporters, and influencers at your institution—faculty, staff, and administrators; instructional designers; centers for teaching and learning; IT, student services, diversity advocates, housing/facilities – anyone who can benefit from knowing more about full inclusion of students with disabilities on your campus.

Registration Fees (Full Conference, March 21 & 22):

  • AHEAD in Virginia Member = $75
  • Non-Member = $150

Deadline to register is Tuesday, March 19 at 5:00 p.m. (after this date registration fees are $175 for Full Conference).

Accommodations:  Captioning is provided for full conference, interpreter services and other accommodations available upon request when completing conference registration form.  Please submit all accommodations requests by Wednesday, March 6.
