Our mission is to offer a forum for members of AHEAD interested in international perspectives, programming and research which pertains to postsecondary education and disabilities.

Current Goals and Objectives

• To establish an environment for international service providers and persons interested in international issues to collaborate with one another.
• To create professional development opportunities for international service providers and professionals in the field of post-secondary education and disability.
• To promote research and publications on international issues in post-secondary education and disability.
• To promote the inclusion of an international perspective and international activities in AHEAD.
• To increase the active involvement of persons from many countries and parts of the world in AHEAD.
• To keep members from around the world abreast of AHEAD activities.
