Scholarships
- Eligibility:
- Enrollment in a Kentucky Postsecondary Institution during the award period.
- Registration for a minimum of six (6) credit hours per quarter/semester.
- Undergraduate or Graduate status
- Minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Nomination by Disability Support Services Officer at the applicant’s postsecondary institution.
- Criteria for Award: The Scholarship Selection Committee will make award decisions based on the following criteria:
- Well articulated goals
- Academic achievement
- Disability related leadership and service
- Requirements: The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all items are submitted to the Scholarship Selection Committee by April 29, 2011. (Mailed materials must be postmarked by the deadline date.)
- Completed application
- Personal statement
- Letters of support
- Transcripts of all postsecondary grades
