There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD per ticket for
tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased
at the airport. This amount is subject to change. At this time there is no
ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. The percentage
discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American
Eagle flights only.

OVERFLOW HOTEL AVAILABLE
AHEAD has secured an additional block of sleeping rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Downtown, located approximately 2 blocks from the Galt House Hotel and Suites.
The Courtyard by Marriott is located at 100 South Second Street, Louisville, KY, 40202. Reservations can be secured by calling the hotel directly at 502-562-0200. Please ask the reservationist for the AHEAD GROUP RATE of $109 + tax per room per night. Reservations at the Courtyard by Marriott need to be secured by July 14, 2009.
The newly renovated historic Galt House Hotel & Suites will serve as the
host site for the AHEAD 2009 Conference. All conference events will be held
onsite at the Galt House. This magnificent hotel offers two types of sleeping room accommodations;
deluxe guest rooms and executive suites. All guest rooms offer complimentary
WI-FI
Internet connectivity. AHEAD has secured a substantial block of sleeping rooms
to accommodate AHEAD 2009 attendees at the following discounted nightly room
rates: Triple & Quadruple Occupancy, and Specialty Suites may be available
at an additional cost; please contact the hotel directly to discuss availability
and applicable rate information for those special arrangements. Attendees are responsible for making their own housing accommodation reservations
directly with the hotel. Be sure to ask for the AHEAD Group Rate when making
your reservation. Reservations must be made by June 26, 2009. After June
26, prevailing hotel rates will apply and will be based on availability at
the
