The Board of Directors and the 2011 Conference Planning Committee are excited to offer you an outstanding opportunity to reach AHEAD members through our 34th Annual Conference, July 11-16, 2011 in Seattle, WA. This packet outlines marketing opportunities available to your organization in conjunction with the Conference, to be held at the Sheraton Seattle and Washington State Convention Center.

All of the opportunities outlined in this packet are designed to reduce your costs while maximizing your outreach. AHEAD often negotiates customized sponsorship packages with organizations to fully meet their needs.  If you don’t see what you need, please let me know. In recognition of the need for organizations to maximize the impact of their marketing budgets, no prices for any of the opportunities here have been increased from last year’s pricing.

The AHEAD 2010 Conference attracted over 1,000 attendees from across North America, and ten other countries. Featured Exhibitor Product Presentation Opportunities

On Friday morning of the AHEAD conference, there will be a 75-minute time during which ten organizations will be able to present demonstration/descriptive sessions about their organization’s products and services.  These sessions are available for purchase to exhibiting organizations on a first come, first served basis.  Each session room will be set with tables and chairs appropriate for the seating capacity of the room, a screen, appropriate sound amplification equipment, an LCD projector, 20 amp power and cabling necessary to plug in the presenter’s laptop computer.



Cost: $375 for member organizations / $525 for non-member organizations        

Please attach a brief description of your proposed presentation to the Exhibitor’s Application and include: presenter info, title of presentation, name of presenter, presenter’s and affiliation.

Headline your company by becoming a sponsor at the AHEAD Conference, and get exclusive access to Conference attendees. Act now to get the sponsorship level best suited for your organization, and use this unique opportunity to reach over 1,000 new customers. PROGRAM ADVERTISING & MARKETING

Advertise in the on-site AHEAD CONFERENCE Program

The Conference Program contains all of the information pertaining to sessions, presenters, and activities. All conference attendees, speakers, and primary exhibitor representatives receive a copy at registration. An invaluable tool, the Conference Program is referred to many times during and after the event. 

Format for Conference Program: 8” x 10 ¾” black and white, off-set press.  Art must be camera-ready either in hard-copy laser print, or electronically in “tif” format at 600 dpi resolution or higher.

Advance and Follow-up Marketing: Keys to Success

Exhibitors and advertisers may purchase an AHEAD member mailing list at a significantly reduced price of $250 (a $600 value). This benefit is your ticket to successful pre-show marketing, and will be sent to you in early May 2011.  Partner members receive a complimentary mailing list once AHEAD has processed your membership application. 

All exhibitors and advertisers are also entitled to order a conference attendee mailing list for a cost of $150, which will be delivered in August 2011. Both lists may be purchased for a reduced cost of $350.

LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION DETAILS

You can have your literature prepackaged with every conference attendee’s registration materials! This is an effective and inexpensive way to capture the attention of over 1,000 AHEAD Conference attendees, prompting them to seek out your booth in the exhibit hall. Placing your literature in the registration packet is also a great option for those of you who are unable to attend the conference.
