AHEAD has secured sleeping rooms for Attendees at nearly 50% off the hotel’s standard rate. The room rate for attendees is US $159 + tax per night for a single or double room; or US $189 + tax per night for Club Level rooms.
Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly, and asking for the “AHEAD Group Rate,” before June 15th, 2012. The room rates do include high-speed internet access in the hotel sleeping rooms in addition to the complimentary wireless internet access in the Link @ Sheraton area.
Based on availability at the time of booking, the Sheraton is offering to extend the AHEAD Group Rate for attendees up to two days before and after the event – just in case you’d like to do some sightseeing and take in more of one of America’s greatest cities.
