Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly or using the link below, and asking for the “AHEAD Group Rate,” before June 10th, 2013. The room rates do include complimentary high-speed internet access in the hotel sleeping rooms. AHEAD’s group rate for attendees is $189 +tax per night for single or double occupancy.
Based on availability at the time of booking, the Hilton is offering to extend the AHEAD Group Rate for attendees up to two days before and after the event – just in case you’d like to do some sightseeing and take in more of one of America’s greatest cities.
