This is the one and only online registration portal for both the AHEAD 2013 Conference.

  1. Please fully and carefully provide all applicable information using the input fields below. All of your materials, communications, and credentials will be produced from the information you provide here; corrections cannot be made onsite in Baltimore, so accuracy in your data-entry is essential.
  2. Once you have completed all applicable fields, please select from one of the two payment options offered at the end of the form.
    1. If you are paying by credit or debit card, please select the “Pay now with Credit/Debit” option; you will then be taken to a secure payment processing portal where you can enter your payment details and receive a receipt immediately, separate from your conference registration confirmation. Our secure payment processing server accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
    2. If you are paying by check, purchase order, or via other arrangements made in advance, please select the “Submit my registration and send me an invoice” option. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation and invoice within 60 minutes of submission. By selecting this option you agree to submit your full payment within 15 business days of registration.

Section 3: Conference Registration

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt by AHEAD. Registration includes all concurrent sessions, plenary sessions, poster sessions, refreshment breaks, all receptions, symposia, and banquet attendance. International invitation letter deadline is May 1, 2013.

AHEAD’s membership year runs from January 1 – December 31. If you are not a member of AHEAD but you would like to become a member for the remainder of 2013 AND register at the AHEAD member Conference rates, please indicate that here. The 2013 Banquet will be a luncheon event on Friday, July 12, 2013.

Section 9: TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AND PAYMENT

All registration cancellations for the 2013 Conference must be received in writing (via FAX or mail). While AHEAD realizes that unforeseen circumstances may cause an inability to attend, conference planning expenses are progressively committed several weeks in advance.
Cancellations received prior to May 31, 2013 will receive a full refund minus a $125.00 fee.
Cancellations received between June 1 and June 21, 2013 will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 fee. Absolutely no refunds for cancellation requested after June 21, 2013 can be issued.

NOTE: Registration fees are fully transferable to another individual from the same institution by making such request in writing to be received by AHEAD not later than June 21, 2013.
