Online registration requires payment made via credit or debit card to AHEAD within seven days.

When completing the online registration form, please ensure that you complete all applicable fields; paying particular attention to typographic accuracy. The information you enter here will be used to produce your confirmation, invoice, and all credentials related to the AHEAD Fall Workshops.

After you complete your online registration form, you will be provided with a confirmation screen to review ensuring accuracy.

Once satisfied with the accuracy of everything included in the confirmation screen, you will choose “Register,” and your registration will be transmitted.

Once registered, you will receive an e-mail invoice and confirmation within one hour.

Please print that e-mail invoice and submit to AHEAD with complete Credit Card payment information and signature. You may submit your payment information by FAX or Mail to:

By registering for the AHEAD 2009 Conference you agree to all of the following: Payment in full will be made via credit or debit card to AHEAD within seven days. AHEAD is able to provide refunds of your full registration fee minus $25.00 processing fee if your cancellation is received in writing on or before September 11, 2009. AHEAD is not able to offer refunds for cancellations received after that date; however, registrations are completely transferable to another attendee without penalty at any time.
