2010 - NFB, ACB and Arizona State University reached a settlement in the Kindle litigation.  
2010 - Department of Justice released settlement between several colleges and  universities in regard to the use of inaccessible eBook readers.
2010 - OSEP funds DIAGRAM collaboration to establish processes and standards for Images and Graphical Content
