Mission

REDD K&P exists to increase awareness among AHEAD members on issues of diversity concerning historically underrepresented groups by providing resources that will allow members to identify, and more skillfully address, the challenges and barriers experienced by students of color, and gain knowledge of social inequalities that exist due to the intersectionality of race, ethnicity and disability.

REDD K&P also aims to contribute to the diversity of the AHEAD organization through continued efforts to support the inclusion of racial and ethnic diversity within AHEAD leadership.
