To supplement Uber/Lyft, taxi cabs and rental cars, AHEAD has arranged for free shuttle service from the outlying conference hotels (Hotel Parq Central, Hotel Albuquerque, and Hotel Chaco) to the Convention Center throughout the week. Shuttles will be running on a continuous loop (approximately every 20 minutes) in the morning from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and in the afternoon/evening from 3:00 pm to after all AHEAD events for the evening have ended. Details are below and posted at each outlying hotel.
Unfortunately, Albuquerque has a minimum number of accessible vehicles, so it is impossible to use only accessible vehicles to cover the route. Therefore, AHEAD has arranged for an accessible vehicle to be on standby during all shuttle service hours. Riders will be picked up within 20 minutes of calling (505-738-1600) for an accessible ride. Passengers can text AHEAD to 505-337-3313 to get shuttle status. AHEAD apologies for this inconvenience.
- First AM Shuttles (7:00 am – 9:00 am) – will depart from hotel and drop off at convention center and will immediately return to hotel.
- Second AM Shuttles (9:00 am – 11:00 am) – will depart approx. every 20 minutes.
- First PM Shuttles (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm) – will depart from convention center and drop off at hotel and will immediately return to convention center.
- Second PM Shuttles (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm) – will depart approx. every 20 minutes.
