2018 AHEAD Hotel Information

Conference housing will be accommodated at several hotels in Albuquerque. The rooming options offer AHEAD participants a wide variety of options. Room rates for each hotel for single or double occupancy are indicated below. All hotels included in the AHEAD block rooms include high-speed internet at no additional charge.

Hotel discount group rates expire on June 22, 2018 or whenever the blocks sell out; whichever comes first. Please book your room as early as possible.

Situated in the heart of Albuquerque in the Historic Old Town and new urban Sawmill districts, Hotel Chaco beckons to luxury travelers seeking authentic original experiences.  Our Old Town Albuquerque hotel is the most distinct hotel in all of New Mexico. 

The Hotel Chaco is not within walking distance of the Albuquerque Convention Center.  AHEAD attendees who stay at the Hotel Chaco will utilize rental cars, city busses, taxis, or Uber/Lyft to go back and forth to the Convention Center where the conference is being held.

AHEAD has reserved a block of rooms at this beautiful hotel for attendees who are seeking that traditional & luxurious New Mexico charm and experience.  The AHEAD group rate for sleeping rooms is:  $179.00 per night plus tax.  The cutoff date for reservations at the Hotel Chaco is Friday, June 22, 2018.

The Hotel Andaluz is a small beautifully restored, boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Albuquerque.  Featuring individualized sleeping rooms, creative public spaces, a restaurant and a bar – this hotel offers a truly unique experience!  Located approximately three blocks from the Convention Center where the AHEAD Conference is being held; this hotel offers a nice option for those travelers looking for a stay with more character.

PLEASE NOTE: HOTEL PARQ CENTRAL  HAS SOLD OUT

The Hotel Parq Central is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Albuquerque’s vibrant Central Avenue district.  Located 7/10ths of a mile from the Albuquerque Convention Center where the AHEAD Conference will be located, it is a short Uber/Lyft or cab ride away, or about a 13-minute pedestrian commute.

AHEAD’s group rate at the Hotel Parq Central is $150.00 + tax (13.5%) per night for single or double occupancy and includes complimentary wifi and breakfast for guests.

The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque will serve as the headquarters hotel for the AHEAD Conference.  Conveniently located across the street from the Albuquerque Convention Center where the AHEAD Conference will be held; this hotel is an excellent location for business and leisure.

AHEAD has reserved a large block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque at a group rate of $154.00 per night plus tax.  The deadline for making reservations is Friday, June 22, 2018 or until the block is sold out.

The DoubleTree by Hilton is a newly renovated hotel that showcases a unique southwestern contemporary look and highlights local history.  Their friendly staff and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies await your arrival.  The DoubleTree is the only hotel connected to the Albuquerque Convention Center where the AHEAD Conference will be held.
