Whether it involves leading professional staff, administrative staff, or student employees, moving people in the right direction requires constant focus and action. As we adjust to new work environments following the impact of the pandemic, new challenges for supervision are also emerging. This session will explore ways to build a cohesive team, navigate conflict, work with challenging personalities and function successfully in this new work environment. Supervision challenges will also be explored. A group of panelists will discuss their thoughts and methods for supporting their teams to navigate the changing landscape.
