AHEAD mailing list policy & ordering procedures
The Association on Higher Education And Disability membership numbers between 2,300 to 2,500 in any given calendar year. AHEAD provides an electronic Excel format membership mailing list to approved organizations, advertisers and individuals. AHEAD files include name, title, institution, and address in a tab-delimited format. Phone, fax, and e-mail addresses are not available.
The AHEAD mailing list is typically purchased for one-time use only. Multiple uses may be purchased upon approval by the AHEAD central office.
Purchasers are not authorized to duplicate, reuse, or re-market information on the AHEAD mailing list. The list is not to be added to any database or otherwise stored for future use. Violators of the one-time use per rental policy will be denied label privileges in the future.
AHEAD requires that all requests be in writing. The list may be ordered by faxing the AHEAD Mailing List Order Form (Word doc, 25KB), and a copy of the mailing piece to Tri Do, Member Services. All orders will be processed within 72 hours of receipt, and must be paid for in advance.
AHEAD reserves the right to decline any order. A sales agreement must be executed by each purchaser, and by the mailing house, if one is used by the purchaser, prior to delivery of the requested list.

AHEAD has used its best efforts to ensure accuracy of any list provided, but does not guarantee its accuracy in all respects. AHEAD liability for any damages or loss sustained by the lesser through the use of any AHEAD list shall be limited to the cost of the list. In no event shall AHEAD be liable for any special or consequential damages. While AHEAD does its best to ensure accurate addresses, AHEAD accepts no responsibility or liability for incomplete or inaccurate addresses or material returned by the postal service for any reason.
