At the University of Nevada Reno (UNR) the Disability Resource Center, Enrollment Services, and IT teamed up to assess their options for purchasing data management software. After looking at the needs of the office and the software on the market, they developed a list of critical features. They put the list into a spreadsheet format that could serve as a rubric for gathering information. They asked each of the software vendors to complete the rubric and provide the specific information they were seeking about each product.
