Rate Information
To be eligible to register at the member rate you must be an AHEAD in Virginia member. The national AHEAD membership is different from the state AHEAD in Virginia membership. Only AHEAD in Virginia membership (not membership in the national AHEAD association) makes you eligible for the member rate for this conference. CEUs
Full conference participants have an opportunity to register for continuing education units (CEUs) while registering for the conference. CEUs are not available for single day conference registration. You must register for CEUs when you register for the conference. Requirements set by the granting institution necessitate advanced registration for receiving CEUs.

A special room rate of $139 (plus taxes) is available if you make the reservation by February 14 (or until block of rooms is full, whichever comes first). Afterwards standard room rates apply. A limited number of rooms are available at the special rate, so reserve early. Discounted parking rate $6/daily at parking facility adjacent to hotel applies to all conference attendees (overnight guests and day visitors).
