Welcome to the AHEAD 2018 Virtual Conference!
If you’re not able to attend the AHEAD conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico this summer, don’t fret. You can still participate through AHEAD’s 2018 Virtual Conference! We'll live stream content directly to your office or home.
Here’s How it Works
- AHEAD broadcast the opening plenary session and two concurrent presentations during each time block live, during the conference, complete with video, audio, and real-time captioning.
- Once you register, you will receive instructions via email for downloading the software and how to log in from your computer to access each session at the days and times shown.
- After the event, once the session recordings are captioned and posted, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the posted video. The video will be available for viewing for at least 1 year after the event. Please Note: Concurrent Block B: "Legal Year in Review, Version 2.0" will not be available as a recording after the conference.
Play the seminar on your computer. Includes access to the captioned recording of the event afterwards.
Project the seminar in a meeting room or hall to as many of your colleagues as you like. You can share access to the recording of the event with any of your colleagues at your organization. You can stream the virtual conference to two locations, one for each track.
This option, when purchased with a group ticket, allows you to project or show the virtual conference at an additional site. Once you have purchased a group ticket you can purchase as many “site add-ons” as needed. Each “site add-on” is $105 (member price) or $150 (non-member price).

All of our online sessions include real-time captioning. We are using Adobe Connect to stream the virtual conference. The captioning will be transmitted through Adobe's captioning pod. The video recording of the webcast will be posted with captioning following the event.
Adobe Connect is screenreader accessible, instructions for enabling this feature will be sent to you after you register.
Your registration for the virtual conference allows you to access it from one computer. You can watch by yourself or with a group in your office. To show the sessions you’ve chosen at additional locations on campus, use the "site add-on" option on the registration form. You’ll be sent a login for the additional site. Each "site add-on" is $100 (member price).
