2025 CEUs and Certificates of Attendance

To support your professional development goals, AHEAD has arranged Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID).

Additionally, if you maintain certification or licensure from another agency that requires continuing education, AHEAD can document your attendance at the Virtual Conference to support your application for independent CEUs from your organization. Instructions for each are below.

CRCC CEUs for 2025 Virtual Conference

CRCC CEUs have been pre-certified for the virtual conference, only for live sessions. CRCC will not approve CEUs for watching recorded sessions. 

Instructions for the Virtual Conference:

  1. List the sessions you viewed live on the Virtual Attendance Sheet (DOC).  
  2. When you have watched all sessions for which you intend to claim CEUs, scan and email your completed Virtual Attendance Sheet to profdev@ahead.org. AHEAD staff will review your form, verify in our online records that you viewed those sessions, and then send you a signed Verification of Completion. 
  3. After receipt, log in to the CRCC website and upload the signed Verification of Completion form to CRCCConnect per their instructions.
If you attend sessions from both virtual and in-person conferences, you must complete each form separately to document your attendance.
 
You cannot claim credit for both the in-person and the virtual version of the same session.

RID CEUs for 2025 Virtual Conference

Please follow this procedure for attending the AHEAD Conference virtually: 

 BEFORE the conference: 

DURING the conference:  

  • Keep a log of the session titles, presenter names, dates/times you are attending 
  • Write an Attendance Verification Paper – just a few sentences about each session you viewed and what you learned 

AFTER the conference (up to 45 days later): 

  • Submit log and attendance verification paper to UNM CMP Sponsors at ridcmp@unm.edu  
  • Pay the $15.00 CEU processing fee via check, money order, or cashier’s check
  • Make payments to:

Other CEUs for 2025 Virtual Conference

If you maintain certification or licensure from another agency that requires continuing education, AHEAD can document your attendance at the conference to support your application for independent CEUs from your organization.

Instructions for the Virtual Conference:

  • List the sessions you viewed on the Virtual Attendance Sheet (DOC) . In addition to the real-time sessions, you may also watch other session recordings later, and add them to this form.
  • When you have watched all sessions for which you intend to claim CEUs (live or recorded), scan and email your completed Virtual Attendance Sheet to profdev@ahead.org. AHEAD staff will review your form, verify in our online records that you viewed those sessions, and then send you a signed Certificate of Attendance.
  • You can submit the certificate to your professional agency per their requirements.

If you are claiming credit for attending both in-person and virtual sessions, please submit them on separate forms.
