Each year, AHEAD’s Nomination and Election process provides us with the opportunity to actively seek and engage new leaders who will bring critical representation, knowledge, and skills to AHEAD’s leadership.
AHEAD is currently seeking diverse, visionary and effective leaders for its Board of Directors. In order to fulfill AHEAD’s mission, Board members must represent the increasing diversity of AHEAD’s membership and have a demonstrated commitment and capacity to deliver on AHEAD’s priorities of equity, diversity, inclusion, strategic planning and the like. AHEAD’s Board is committed to identifying nominees who represent multiple and intersecting identities and have the capacity to integrate diverse views into Association decision-making.
