If you can't travel to Austin for AHEAD's Equity & Excellence in-person conference, we hope you'll be able to join us for the virtual equivalent. We’re excited to announce the five-day Virtual Conference that will bring exceptional professional content directly to your desktop! The virtual conference will highlight content from the Austin conference, including the keynote presentation,  three-days of concurrent presentations, and a virtual exhibit hall, all in Zoom and designed specifically for a virtual audience.

All presentations will be delivered via Zoom, and recorded so that you can join live when it’s convenient and catch up later on any presentations you missed via recording. CRCC and RID CEUs will be preapproved for both.

Monday & Tuesday, July 26 & 27: We’ll feature two days of virtual exhibit hall presentations by conference sponsors who will share the latest features of their products and services that support higher education disability resource professionals.

Wednesday – Friday, July 28-30: Beginning with a plenary address by Andraéa LaVant, we’re excited to offer a program of 34 presentations from the Austin conference, delivered live via Zoom.

Registration for the in-person Austin conference includes automatica registration for the Virtual Conference.

Schedule

Conference sessions will be presented live for seven hours/day, beginning at 8:00 am for those on the west coast and at 11:00 for people in the east. Featured presentations, such as OCR’s Year in Review and the annual update by Paul Grossman and Jo Anne Simon, will start each day. You’ll then have access to one of four concurrent presentations in each of eight time blocks... and remember that you can watch the other sessions via recording after the conference ends. Of course, we’ll give you a break between each session block.
