As a state level affiliate of AHEAD, OK-AHEAD and its members represent a diverse network of professionals who actively address disability issues for students while they attend higher education institutions. OK-AHEAD provides professional resources for members who work to create a welcoming higher education experience for individuals with disabilities.
AHEAD and OK-AHEAD are active in promoting full and equal participation of individuals with disabilities in higher education and support the systems of this important mission by encouraging more voices to be heard.
