Covid 19 Health & Safety Protocols

Equity and Excellence 2022 takes all our attendees’ health and safety seriously. Based on the most recent guidance from the CDC, we will require every attendee to attest to being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or present proof onsite of a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to arrival. If you are fully vaccinated, or will be as of July 1st, 2022, please attest to that when you register for the conference.

While specific masking requirements are not in place currently in the State of Ohio or the City of Cleveland, attendees are welcomed to wear face masks during the conference. Furthermore, attendees are encouraged to use clear masks that meet safety standards, to enhance communication with other participants. Examples of these are the ClearMask™ and the BendShape Quartz™ (AHEAD does not endorse any one product over another).

All attendees are expected to acknowledge the risk associated with gatherings, and agree to follow on-site safety protocols that include: appropriate physical spacing, hand-washing, use of hand sanitizers, and all other safeguards put in place.

We are working in close partnership with the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland to best align with the latest CDC and city and state guidelines for COVID-19 safety and facility sanitizing efforts (https://www.clevelandconventions.com/covid-19-resources/). To that end, circumstances may require us to revise our safety protocols as needed.

We look forward to a safe and enjoyable time together.
