Registration Fees for Austin

On or after June 16, 2021 $895 $1120

  • Daily registration (regardless of member status or timing): $325/day 
  • Full-time students and emeritus members always register for the low price of $325
Preconference registration (Monday & Tuesday, July 19 & 20)
  • Before June 15:  1-day sessions: $249; 2-day sessions: $395
  • On or After June 15: 1-day sessions: $ 279; 2-day sessions: $445

Requests for refunds can only be provided for cancellations received in writing on or before June 30, 2021. A $125 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made on or before May 31, 2021. Between June 1 and June 30, 2021, an administrative fee of $195 will be charged. We regret that no refunds can be issued after June 30, 2021 for any reason; however, registration can be transferred to another attendee from the same institution.  If the conference has to be cancelled or postponed, full refunds will be offered regardless of timing.

Registration Fees for Virtual Conference

  • Rates are based on single registration.
  • There is a 10% discount on registration of 10 or more people from one institution.
All in-person conference registrants will receive automatic registration for the virtual conference.
The virtual conference will not include any preconference offerings.
The virtual conference will be a repeat of select sessions from the in-person conference
